When you are holding positive thoughts and emotions about a topic or item, it is the same as adding molecules to its physicality or reality. When you hold negative thoughts and emotions about a topic or item it is like subtracting molecules from its physicality or reality. Here are a few tips to build the reality you want.
You Look And Don’t See It
Let’s look at an example. If you are looking at your circumstances and environment to see where you are at in regards to having a desired item or condition in your life, it could be that you look and don’t see it. Your not-seeing it is as if you are saying no to what you want (“Is it there yet? No.”). Or, if you feel doubt or anxiety when you notice it is not yet in your life. It is like saying yes to doubts or fears. This then increases them such that they overtake the creation of what you really want.
And while it is our emotional emissions that are doing this creating, our thoughts can create emotions, or send us down familiar emotional pathways. This is whether we want to admit it or not. So working with thoughts is always helpful to the positive development of our inner peace. It is also helpful in the incorporation of our desires into our lives.
The Journey From Negative Emotion
In a very real way, on almost every topic in life (if not every topic), we are on a journey from negative emotion to positive emotion. Negative emotions being fear, anxiety, regret, anger, and frustration. Positive emotion being joy, happiness, satisfaction, and fulfillment. So finding a way to soothe the negative emotions and replace them with peace, is a huge progression towards what we desire our lives to be like. The whole premise of moving from a focus of negative emotion to positive emotion is about adding to the energy of peace and subtracting from the energy of fear, both in thought and emotion.
